Who Is TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026
Tab Trade — The Short Version
Tab Trade opened in March 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.
That last detail matters. It means the founder has actually done this before. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. It is preferable to a founder with no industry background.
They launched with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. Most new brokers leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade did the opposite. Unusual for a new broker.
What you can trade: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, shares, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For a platform that is a few months old, that range is not narrow.
The Software
They offer: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Having both matters. Pick what suits your style.
MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, automated trading, massive community. If you have traded on MetaTrader previously, there are no surprises.
cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better DOM. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. Many people prefer it after using both.
Direct FIX connectivity is available for automated strategies but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is reportedly on the roadmap. That would round things out once it is live.
Accounts and Pricing
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Suits anyone who does not want to think about commission.
Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. So your actual cost per trade can sit under half a pip. That is cheap for an offshore broker. Most platforms that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. Tab Trade has no minimum.
VIP. $25k to open. FIX API, faster fills, tailored rates. Not something the average person. Skip it unless you trade institutionally.
How Fast Are the Fills
The execution is where TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is proper execution targets. Most retail brokers quote 100ms to 300ms.
Does it matter? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you trade higher timeframes, it matters less. The point is the infrastructure is there. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Pair that execution speed with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get is strong. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.
The FSRA Question
Here is the detail that requires honesty. The broker is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No FCA. No fund protection scheme. If that is a dealbreaker, stop reading. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.
That said. Benjamin Boulter came from BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The server placement is expensive. Dodgy operations do not bother with Equinix connectivity. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. But factor into your assessment.
What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether this deal works depends on you.
Deposit Bonus
TabTrade runs a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Usual sign-up bonus. You fund your account, the broker add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: turnover conditions before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Read the conditions before you commit.
